Every element of the site (games, code, text, visual identity, logos, artwork and other content) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, display, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the publisher’s prior permission, is prohibited. Third-party trademarks and logos that may be mentioned remain the property of their respective owners. The games are original creations, even where they draw on classic video game genres, which are not themselves appropriable.

Liability

The publisher strives to keep the information and games accurate and available, without being able to guarantee the complete absence of error or interruption. The site may contain links to third-party sites whose content the publisher does not control and cannot be held responsible for.
