Report a bug or a problem in a game
A game that will not start, a score that is not saved, a broken layout on your phone, a trophy that will not unlock although you met the condition: this feedback is the most useful of all. Tell us the game, your device and your browser, and what you were doing when it happened — with those three details, a bug can be reproduced and fixed far faster.
A question about a game, an account or a leaderboard
A rule that is not clear, a sign-in link that never arrives, a score that looks misplaced, a nickname change, or exercising your rights over your personal data (access, correction, account deletion). Write from the email address linked to your account when the request concerns it: that saves an extra exchange just to identify you.
A business enquiry
Partnership proposals, questions about the advertising shown on the site, reports of content infringing a right, or press enquiries. State clearly what your request is about and which organisation you represent.
